Well, I'm going to assume that is a color film with a b/w still. I can't make out much, but is that Jack Taylor rushing up the stairs in Agent Sigma 3:Mission Goldwather? That would then appear in House Of Lost Dolls as well.
You are the Man, David Z! That's correct, it is indeed Jack Taylor and the scene is orginially from Agent Sigma 3 (1965), this scene and others were then incorporated into Eurocine's composite THE HOUSE OF THE LOST DOLLS, a sleazy tale of white slavery and secret agents. There's also footage of Sandra Julien (SHIVER OF THE VAMPIES) as an agent which comes from yet another film and maybe some Jess Franco footage! To make matters more confusing there was a further Eurocine composite L'OASIS DE FILLES PERDUES, an early 80s white slavery composite also with footage from MISSION GOLDWATHER and different white slavery footage. Sylvia Solar appears in both AGENT SIGMA 3 and THE HOUSE OF THE LOST DOLLS, over 5 years apart and they try to edit it so it looks like she's playing the same character!
