A cursory search suggests EXORCISM...
Looks like the poster artist is a fan of Francos' "EUGENIE" with SOLEDAD MIRANDA, & just used that shot of her in this pose, & swiped it for this poster art...This Film, may not even have any Franco connection,...just the "Soledad" pose...
