Here's a vintage advert for a Commonwealth United Triple Sex-Triple Shock-Triple Feature! This fits right in with our recent consideration of some of the connections between the early 1970s films of Jess Franco and Robert Altman. I would guess that this bill probably circulated in 1969 or 1970.
Many thanks to Adam Williams for finding and providing this image.

Hi Bob, what a cool ad! I saw 99 WOMEN about 3 or 4 times on the southern Michigan drive-in circuit in the summer of 1969. It was the first Franco film I ever saw. I also saw THAT COLD DAY IN THE PARK at a walk-in that year which was my introduction to Altman.I didn't discover Lenzi till later.
I also saw THAT COLD DAY... in 1969 at a stand alone, Greg. At that time the name Altman meant nothing to me. If THAT COLD DAY and PARANOIA were on DVD, you could recreate this triple bill...
And you gotta love the copy: "Turned on women for these Turned out times!"
